We are pretty open about our love for the Lord and we love to share about Him to others. Though the years of our journey in Christianity we found the importance of keeping the whole 10 Commandments. At first thought, that sounds easy,  love your mother and father, don't lie, don't murder, don't keep any idols above the Lord. The one that has the most impact to life is the fourth commandment. Genesis 8 "Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns. 11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy. We believe in keeping the 7th day Holy and reserved. What a huge blessing we have found it to be for our family and animals. We attend church on Saturdays and choose not to compete or work. As competitors it is very difficult to find sabbath friendly shows and competitions. They are out there, but they are far and few between. We are blessed to have understanding clients, show managements that work with us and all the times we have been able to share our faith because of our day off. Believe me, it's tough competing in a series and/or Circuit that cuts you out of the top or finals. Over time it has become easier to resist and more rewarding to us and our horses. We are so thankful for all the opportunities that we have and friends we have made. You can still find a beautiful world and beautiful people out there.
